third star
here's the third star which means the first row. 3 more rows and i begin quilting it. that will take a LOOOOONG time. if you click on the picture you can see the fabrics in better detail.

Love it, love it, love it! I know it's your quilt, but somehow just seeing it makes me happy. So does 3 more rows mean you'll have the full dimensions done at that point? And does quilting mean adding batting and a backing fabric and sewing over the whole thing in the squiggly patterns? Just trying to make sure I understand the terminology and work involved. I had a friend at work who quilted, so I sort of understand, but not fully. You go, girl!

I am in awe of your quilting ability! I started a card trick quilt (a long time ago) - it was my first time. I think I have two squares done... Triangles are tricky!!! I am excited to see your progress!! :o)
